Please note: We only ship to confirmed addresses provided by PayPal or the Payment company, and cannot post to any other address provided to us by messaging etc.
We aim to dispatch all fully processed orders within 1-2 working day (Monday to Friday) or earlier (unless stated otherwise). Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday onwards. We cannot dispatch items on public/bank holidays or weekends.
Please be advised for multiple orders, whilst every effort will be made, we cannot guarantee all items will be shipped in one package. This is simply due to the EXTORTIONATE shipping costs for packages that won't fit through a letter box.
We primarily use Royal Mail for the delivery of our goods, and the service used (2nd class, Recorded, Next Day Delivery etc.) depends on the service selected by the eBay buyer at checkout.
We aim to get all items to our respected customers by the estimated delivery date, however this is only an estimate provided by eBay and not always possible. In the event of a delay, please contact us for an update via the eBay Messaging. A humble request for the buyer not to open a Case on eBay, as this does not speed up any delivery, rather gets us into trouble with eBay.
In the event of a lost parcel, we will happily refund the buyer in full or send a replacement after 14 days, as Royal Mail themselves do not consider any parcel lost till 14 days have passed from date of posting. Up until then there is every chance the parcel may still turn up. Therefore, we would not be able to send a replacement or refund any lost items until those 14 days have passed. If a case is opened in the meantime, we can only advise the customer to wait till those 14 days have passed. For this reason, purchasing 'Signed For' delivery at a slight extra cost is highly advisable
In the event you are unhappy with your item(s) and would like to cancel your order, you may do so 14 days from the day you receive your item(s), provided the item(s) are not used and or damaged. Simply process a return for the items(s) on your eBay Purchase History page. There you will be informed how and where to return your items(s). Once item(s) are returned in a satisfactory condition, the sale price will be refunded to buyer. Please Note: Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
